Quality manufacturing is the goal of Dolphin. This is achieved not only by maintaining the highest possible standards in all aspects of manufacturing but also through continuous improvement of the products and services provided.

Dolphin is an ISO 9001:2000 and QS 9000 certified company. All activities, from sourcing of raw materials, manufacturing, packaging and dispatch of finished products, comply with these standards.

For Automotive components Dolphin goes through Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) with clients. Any other additional quality control procedures requested by customers such as statistical process control (SPC) are also readily accommodated.

For Medical products, Dolphin is licensed to manufacture therapeutic goods (TGA Lic 140813) and products are manufactured in a US Class 10,000 Clean Room.

Dolphin is also certified with AS4801 (Occupational Health and Safety) and ISO14001 Greenhouse Challenge.
