Clean Room

Dolphin has been manufacturing medical devices under clean room conditions since 2000.

Dolphin has a US Class 10 000 (TGA Grade C) Clean Room.

This facility houses state of the art robot-controlled injection moulding machines. Assembly and packaging of the medical products are also carried out in the Clean Room ensuring delivery of clean, sterile, aseptic and dust-free products.

Clean room manufacturing at Dolphin currently is carried out for the Medical and Scientific industries with a plan to diversify into the precision instruments and electronic markets.
