At Dolphin, components are manufactured using modern injection moulding machines capable of producing thin walled parts with wall thickness as low as 0.1 mm and moulding tolerance of about 0.05 mm.

Dolphin also offers a state of the art tooling facility including comprehensive CAD/CAM services. The in-house design and construction of tools drastically cuts lead time to market new products - a great benefit to customers.

The range of products manufactured at Dolphin extends from automotive components to medical devices. Medical devices are manufactured in a Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) approved and certified US Class 10,000 Clean Room.

Final assembly and packaging of products can also be done to the requirement of customers.
