Dolphin gaming chips are manufactured using a Dolphin proprietary material. This was developed by Dolphin R&D in collaboration with raw material suppliers. The chips are manufactured using overmoulding technology.

Dolphin gaming products are used by casinos throughout the world. In Australia, Dolphin chips are used by most of the major casinos such as Crown Casino Melbourne, Star City Sydney, Crown Casino Macau and Galaxy Casino Macau.
